Add a line of text in an invitation PDF

Invitation templates look beautiful and are hard to change. Update the names, date, venue and RSVP details directly in the PDF and keep every flourish of the design. Add a line inside an existing paragraph, address or cell, in the same style as the text around it.

What people change in an invitation

  • • Names of hosts or guests of honour
  • • Date and time
  • • Venue and address
  • • RSVP date and contact
  • • Dress code line

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • New lines belong to existing text blocks and follow their style and spacing.
  • • Text boxes on empty parts of the page are not supported.

Script fonts

Decorative fonts usually embed only the letters in the template. Names with new letters may not be possible in that font, and you'll be told before anything is substituted.

Share it digitally

Convert the invitation to a JPG with PDF to JPG to send it in messaging apps.

Questions people ask

+Can I type anywhere on the page?

Not in empty space. New text is added to an existing text block so it matches the document.

+Can I add a map link?

Yes. Select the venue line and add a link to the map address.
