- 3.Place and resize it, then Export PDF.
How Canva writes PDFs
- • Designs are exported with subset fonts, many of them Google Fonts.
- • Each text box is placed on its own, often line by line.
- • Shapes and images are layered around the text.
What that means when you add your signature
- • Most Canva fonts are open, so new letters match. Each text box reflows inside its own box, and shapes behind the text are left alone.

- • The signature is an image of your handwriting, not a certificate based digital signature.
