Change a name in a case study PDF

Case studies are reused across sales conversations. Update results and quotes as numbers improve, or swap in a new customer logo. Update a person's or organisation's name wherever it appears, in the same typeface as before.

What people change in a case study

  • • Results and figures
  • • Customer quotes
  • • Customer logo
  • • Contact and links

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • A longer name pushes the words after it along the line; right aligned names grow to the left.
  • • Names often contain letters the PDF has not used yet, like Z, Q or accented letters. The complete font is loaded for them.

Swap logos

Remove the old logo image and add the new one at the same size.

Prove the numbers

Keep numbers aligned with their labels; edits grow from the correct edge.
