Change a name in a form PDF
Many forms are just drawn boxes, not fillable fields. Type into their empty cells in the form's own font, sign, and send it back without printing. Update a person's or organisation's name wherever it appears, in the same typeface as before.

What people change in a form
- • Empty boxes and table cells
- • Placeholder text
- • Dates
- • Signature
What happens to the rest of the page
- • A longer name pushes the words after it along the line; right aligned names grow to the left.
- • Names often contain letters the PDF has not used yet, like Z, Q or accented letters. The complete font is loaded for them.
Drawn boxes, not fields
MythosPDF finds empty cells in table like layouts and lets you type into them.
Then sign
Press Sign to add your signature where the form asks for it.
Questions people ask
+Should I change names on official documents?
Only on documents you are entitled to change, such as your own drafts, templates and letters.
+What about fillable forms?
Fillable fields work best in a standard PDF reader; this editor fills drawn boxes and changes existing text.
