Fix a typo in a packing list PDF

Packing lists change as boxes are packed. Update items, quantities and weights in the table and print the final list for the shipment. A single wrong letter is the most common reason to edit a PDF. Fixing it should change that letter and nothing else.

What people change in a packing list

  • • Item descriptions
  • • Quantities
  • • Weights and dimensions
  • • Box numbers
  • • Consignee details

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • Only the words you touch are rewritten. The rest of the line keeps its exact position and spacing.
  • • If the correct letter was never used anywhere in the file, MythosPDF loads the complete font so the letter matches.

Row by row

Insert rows for extra items and delete rows for items that didn't ship.

Totals

Update total weights and box counts yourself after editing rows.

Questions people ask

+Will fixing one letter move the rest of the paragraph?

Only if the word gets wider or narrower. Then the words after it on that line shift by exactly the difference, and nothing else moves.

+Can I add a company stamp?

Add it as an image.
