Fix a typo in a PDF on Linux
A single wrong letter is the most common reason to edit a PDF. Fixing it should change that letter and nothing else. On Linux it runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.

How to do it
- 1.Open mythospdf.com in Firefox or Chrome and drag the PDF in.
- 2.Put the cursor on the wrong letter, delete it and type the right one.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
Tips for Linux
- • No install or package needed.
- • Works the same on any distribution.
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Only the words you touch are rewritten. The rest of the line keeps its exact position and spacing.
- • If the correct letter was never used anywhere in the file, MythosPDF loads the complete font so the letter matches.
Questions people ask
+Will fixing one letter move the rest of the paragraph?
Only if the word gets wider or narrower. Then the words after it on that line shift by exactly the difference, and nothing else moves.
