Electronic signature
Any electronic sign of agreement, such as a drawn, typed or pasted image of your signature on a document.
Electronic signatures are accepted for many everyday agreements in many countries, under laws such as ESIGN in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union.
They show intent but don't by themselves prove the document hasn't changed after signing.
