Typing Czech
The editor has a built in Polish / Czech keyboard: press the अ/A button while editing and type Czech letters by clicking, next to your normal keyboard. Characters to check after editing: č, ď, ě, ň, ř, š, ť, ů, ž.
Which font new Czech text uses
First the font your PDF already uses for Czech, even when only a few of its letters are embedded: MythosPDF loads the complete font and sets new letters in it. If the PDF has no Latin font at all, it asks before adding an open Noto font for those letters, and tells you it did.
