Which font new Persian text uses

First the font your PDF already uses for Persian, even when only a few of its letters are embedded: MythosPDF loads the complete font and sets new letters in it. If the PDF has no Arabic font at all, it asks before adding an open Noto font for those letters, and tells you it did. Arabic is a shaped script, so each word is shaped with the full font before it is written, and the real letters are stored so the text stays searchable. Persian is written right to left; the edited line keeps the direction of the text around it.
