How to do it

How Microsoft Excel prints
- • Each print area becomes one or more pages, with cell text placed on the page.
- • Numbers stay right aligned in their cells.
- • Newer Excel uses Aptos Narrow; older sheets use Calibri 11.
What that means when you add a bullet point
- • Letters you type that already appear in the printout, in the same font, are copied from its own letter shapes, so they print identically.
- • A letter the printout never used comes from the identified typeface. For fonts that are not openly available, MythosPDF asks before using the closest open font.
- • After export, the recovered text can be selected, copied and searched, which the printout could not do.
