How to do it
- 1.Drop your Microsoft Print to PDF file into MythosPDF. Drawn letters are turned back into text in a few seconds.
- 2.Select the old number and type the new one.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
How OneNote prints
- • Each notebook page prints as one or more PDF pages.
- • Typed notes use Calibri or Aptos by default.
- • Handwritten ink prints as drawing, not as text.
What that means when you change a phone number
- • Letters you type that already appear in the printout, in the same font, are copied from its own letter shapes, so they print identically.
- • Digits are recovered like letters, so a changed number keeps the printed digit shapes and spacing.
- • After export, the recovered text can be selected, copied and searched, which the printout could not do.
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Numbers next to icons stay beside their icon; the row moves as a unit if the number gets longer.
- • Plus signs and brackets are set in the same font as the digits.
