Change text alignment in printed Cascadia Mono text
Align a paragraph left, centre, right or justify it. In a Microsoft Print to PDF file, Cascadia Mono letters are often drawn shapes. MythosPDF turns them back into Cascadia Mono text before you edit.

How to do it
- 1.Drop your Microsoft Print to PDF file into MythosPDF. Drawn letters are turned back into text in a few seconds.
- 2.Open the Aa menu and pick an alignment.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
New letters in Cascadia Mono
- • Letters that are already on the page are reused exactly as printed.
- • Cascadia Mono is itself an open font. For a letter the printout never used, MythosPDF uses it when the face is recognised, and otherwise asks before using the closest open font.
What that means when you change text alignment
- • Formatting applies to the recovered text exactly as it would in a PDF that was saved with fonts.
- • After export, the recovered text can be selected, copied and searched, which the printout could not do.
Questions people ask
+Does it affect the whole page?
No. Only the paragraph you are editing.
+Will the page look different after recovery?
No. The rebuilt text uses the document's own letter outlines, and every page is compared with the original before you edit.
