How to do it

  2. 2.Select the image and drag it or its corners.
  3. 3.Export PDF.

How Microsoft Edge prints

  • • Edge can add the date, page title, web address and page numbers as a header and footer.
  • • Web pages often ask for Segoe UI on Windows, and fall back to Arial or Times New Roman.
  • • Background colours and images print only when Background graphics is ticked.

What that means when you move an image

  • • Pictures in a printout stay images and can be changed. A logo the app drew as shapes is drawing, not a picture, and stays as printed.
  • • After export, the recovered text can be selected, copied and searched, which the printout could not do.

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • Moving an image does not change the text around it.
  • • Undo puts it back.

Questions people ask

+Does text wrap around moved images?

No. PDFs have no text wrap; place the image where it fits.

+Why can't I select text in my Microsoft Print to PDF file?

The driver often draws every letter as a shape instead of writing text. MythosPDF reads those shapes and turns them back into real text before you edit.

+Is it better to reprint from Microsoft Edge?

If you still have the Microsoft Edge file and a lot to change, yes. For a quick fix to the PDF you already have, editing it is faster.
