Change an email address in a flyer PDF
Flyers get reused: same design, new date, new venue. Update those details directly in the PDF and print or share it again. Replace an email address and, if it is a link, where the link goes.

- 3.If it should be clickable, select it and press ⌘K or Ctrl+K to set the link, then Export PDF.
What people change in a flyer
- • Event date and time
- • Venue and address
- • Ticket or sale price
- • Contact number and web link
- • QR code image
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Linked text is shown in blue and underlined so readers can tell it is a link.
- • Long addresses push the rest of the contact row along instead of wrapping mid address.
Swap the QR code
QR codes are images. Remove the old one and add the new code as a PNG, then resize it to the same spot.
Links for the digital version
Turn the web address into a clickable link so people viewing the flyer on a phone can tap it.
Questions people ask
+Will the old mailto link still work?
Update it with the link button so it points to the new address.
+Can I change the background image?
If it's a separate image, yes. Remove it and add a new one.
