Edit a link in a flyer PDF

Flyers get reused: same design, new date, new venue. Update those details directly in the PDF and print or share it again. Add a clickable link to text in a PDF, change where it points, or remove it.

What people change in a flyer

  • • Event date and time
  • • Venue and address
  • • Ticket or sale price
  • • Contact number and web link
  • • QR code image

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • Web addresses, email addresses (mailto) and phone numbers (tel) are accepted.
  • • New links are shown in blue and underlined, as readers expect.

Swap the QR code

QR codes are images. Remove the old one and add the new code as a PNG, then resize it to the same spot.

Links for the digital version

Turn the web address into a clickable link so people viewing the flyer on a phone can tap it.
