Delete text in a price list PDF
Price lists are designed once and updated often. Change prices and product lines directly in the PDF so the design stays exactly as it was. Remove words, lines or a whole paragraph and close the gap they leave behind.

What people change in a price list
- • Prices and currency amounts
- • Product or service names
- • Descriptions and pack sizes
- • Effective date
- • Contact details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • The text is truly removed from the file, not covered with a white box.
- • Deleting a paragraph pulls the content below it up by the space it used.
Columns stay straight
Right aligned prices grow leftwards from their column edge, so longer numbers don't break the column.
Review every change
Compare the new list with the old one to confirm every price you intended to change, and nothing else.
Questions people ask
+Is deleted text really gone?
Yes. The characters are removed from the page, so they cannot be copied or searched afterwards.
+Can I add a product?
If the list is a table, insert a row. Otherwise add a line in the right block with Shift+Enter.
