Edit a link in a price list PDF
Price lists are designed once and updated often. Change prices and product lines directly in the PDF so the design stays exactly as it was. Add a clickable link to text in a PDF, change where it points, or remove it.

What people change in a price list
- • Prices and currency amounts
- • Product or service names
- • Descriptions and pack sizes
- • Effective date
- • Contact details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Web addresses, email addresses (mailto) and phone numbers (tel) are accepted.
- • New links are shown in blue and underlined, as readers expect.
Columns stay straight
Right aligned prices grow leftwards from their column edge, so longer numbers don't break the column.
Review every change
Compare the new list with the old one to confirm every price you intended to change, and nothing else.
