Edit a link in a brochure PDF
Brochures are tightly designed, and one shifted line shows. Editing in place changes the words you click and leaves every panel, image and colour as it was. Add a clickable link to text in a PDF, change where it points, or remove it.

What people change in a brochure
- • Headlines and offers
- • Dates and event details
- • Phone numbers, emails and web addresses
- • Product photos
- • Legal small print
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Web addresses, email addresses (mailto) and phone numbers (tel) are accepted.
- • New links are shown in blue and underlined, as readers expect.
Keep lengths similar
In tight panels, keep new text about as long as the old text so it doesn't push content into the fold.
Text with effects
Curved text, outlines and shadows are often exported as graphics and can't be edited as text.
