Edit a sentence in a catalog PDF
Catalogs are big and change often. Update prices and descriptions in place, swap product photos, and compress the result for email. Rewrite a sentence in the middle of a paragraph and let the paragraph rewrap around it.

What people change in a catalog
- • Prices
- • Product names and codes
- • Product photos
- • Availability notes
- • Order contact details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • The paragraph rewraps inside its own width. If it grows by a line, the text below moves down by exactly one line.
- • Hyphenation and justified spacing follow the paragraph's existing look.
Big files
Catalogs full of photos are large. Balanced compression reduces them without touching the text.

Extract or split the pages for one product line.
Questions people ask
+What if the new sentence is longer?
The paragraph rewraps and everything below it moves down evenly. If the page is full, the overflow continues on a new page.
+Can I update many prices?
Edit each one; use Compare at the end to review them all.
