Edit an Apple Pages invitation PDF
Invitation templates look beautiful and are hard to change. Update the names, date, venue and RSVP details directly in the PDF and keep every flourish of the design. If it was made in Apple Pages, you can edit the PDF itself. MythosPDF decodes custom character codes through the font's own text map and handles spaces written as positioning. Apple system fonts are not open, so new letters use what the PDF contains, or a close open font with your permission.
How to do it
- 1.Open the invitation PDF exported from Apple Pages in MythosPDF.
- 2.Click the text you want to change and type.
- 3.Press Enter to save, then Export PDF.
What people change in an invitation
- • Names of hosts or guests of honour
- • Date and time
- • Venue and address
- • RSVP date and contact
- • Dress code line
How Apple Pages writes PDFs
- • Export uses the macOS PDF engine with subset fonts.
- • Some subsets use custom character codes described only by their text map.
- • Word spaces are sometimes positioning rather than space characters.
Script fonts
Decorative fonts usually embed only the letters in the template. Names with new letters may not be possible in that font, and you'll be told before anything is substituted.
Share it digitally
Convert the invitation to a JPG with PDF to JPG to send it in messaging apps.
