Edit a Canva quotation PDF
Quotes change during a conversation. Update your own quotation PDF in place so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of retyping it. If it was made in Canva, you can edit the PDF itself. Most Canva fonts are open, so new letters match. Each text box reflows inside its own box, and shapes behind the text are left alone.
How to do it
- 1.Open the quotation PDF exported from Canva in MythosPDF.
- 2.Click the text you want to change and type.
- 3.Press Enter to save, then Export PDF.
What people change in a quotation
- • Quote number and date
- • Line item descriptions
- • Quantities and unit prices
- • Subtotal, tax and total
- • Validity period and terms
How Canva writes PDFs
- • Designs are exported with subset fonts, many of them Google Fonts.
- • Each text box is placed on its own, often line by line.
- • Shapes and images are layered around the text.
Add and remove line items
Insert a row above or below any item, or delete an item's row. Borders and spacing follow the rest of the table.
Numbers are not recalculated
A PDF is a printed page, not a spreadsheet. Update the totals yourself after changing quantities or prices.
Questions people ask
