Edit an Overleaf thesis PDF
A thesis goes through several final touches: a typo found at the last minute, numbering that must start after the front matter, a signed approval page to insert and a repository file size limit. If it was made in Overleaf, you can edit the PDF itself. Small fixes in text, references and captions can be made in the PDF. Larger changes are cleaner in the Overleaf source.

How to do it
- 1.Open the thesis PDF exported from Overleaf in MythosPDF.
- 2.Click the text you want to change and type.
- 3.Press Enter to save, then Export PDF.

How Overleaf writes PDFs
- • Overleaf compiles LaTeX, so PDFs use Type1 fonts such as Computer Modern or Latin Modern.

Insert the signed page
Scan the signed approval page, merge it in, and drag it into place with Organize PDF.
Numbering
Add page numbers starting from the page where chapter one begins, with the first number you need.

Not yet. Arabic numbers are supported.
+My university requires PDF/A. Can you convert?
Not yet. Most thesis tools and word processors can export PDF/A directly.
