PDF glossary
MediaBox
The full physical size of a PDF page, such as A4 or US Letter.
Every page has a MediaBox. A4 is 595 by 842 points and Letter is 612 by 792 points, with 72 points per inch.
Pages in the same PDF can have different sizes.
