How to edit a quote or estimate PDF
Quotes change during a negotiation: a quantity goes up, an item is dropped, the validity date moves. Edit your own quote PDF directly so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of rebuilding it.
Step by step
- 1Open the PDF in MythosPDF by dropping it on the home page. No account is needed.
- 2Click a quantity or price and type the new value; right aligned amounts stay aligned.
- 3Add a line item with Above or Below in the table toolbar, or delete a row you no longer need.
- 4Update the subtotal, tax and total lines.
- 5Change the quote date and validity date, then press Export PDF.
