How to add a row to a table in a PDF
Adding a line item to an invoice or a new entry to a schedule means inserting a row. The new row copies the height and borders of the row you started from, and everything below the table moves down to make room.
Step by step
- 1Open the PDF in MythosPDF by dropping it on the home page. No account is needed.
- 2Click any cell in the row next to where the new row should go.
- 3Press Above or Below in the table toolbar.
- 4Click each empty cell of the new row and type its value, pressing Enter after each.
- 5Press Export PDF in the top bar to download the edited file.
Free, in your browser, no sign up and no watermark.

- ✓If the table is near the bottom of the page, the rows that no longer fit continue on the next page.
