How to edit a table in a PDF
A PDF has no idea it contains a table; it's just text and lines placed on a grid. MythosPDF detects that grid, so a cell edit stays inside its cell and new rows get the same borders and spacing as their neighbours.
Step by step
- 1Open the PDF in MythosPDF by dropping it on the home page. No account is needed.
- 2Click a cell to change its value, then press Enter.
- 3To add a row or column, click a cell and use the Above, Below, Left or Right buttons in the toolbar.
- 4To delete a row or column, click a cell in it and press Delete this row or column.
- 5Press Export PDF in the top bar to download the edited file.

- ✓Totals are not recalculated. Update sums yourself after changing amounts.

Yes. Borderless tables are detected from how the text lines up.
+Why can't I add a column to some tables?
Tables with merged cells can't safely get a new column, so the option is refused rather than breaking the layout.
