How to number pages starting from page 2
Reports and theses usually leave the cover unnumbered and start counting on the page after it. Tell the tool which pages to number and what number to start with.
Step by step
- 1Open Add page numbers and drop in the file.
- 2In the pages box, type 2 to the last page, for example 2 to 36.
- 3Set First number to 1, and choose the position and format.
- 4Press Add page numbers.
