How to split a PDF by chapter
Long manuals, reports and textbooks are easier to share and read in parts. Note where each chapter starts, type the ranges, and get one file per chapter.
Step by step
- 1Look up the first page of each chapter in the table of contents.
- 2Open Split PDF and drop in the file.
- 3Choose Custom ranges and type them, for example 1 to 12, 13 to 40, 41 to 77.
- 4Press Split PDF and download the ZIP.
