How to get a PDF under an upload limit
Application portals are strict: 2 MB maximum, or the upload fails. The fix is almost always the images inside. Compress, check the size, and step up the level only if needed.
Step by step
- 1Open Compress PDF and drop in the file.
- 2Start with Balanced. The result shows the new size.
- 3If you're still over the limit, run the result through Strong.
- 4If the document is a scan, also remove pages the portal didn't ask for.
