How to email a large PDF
Gmail and Outlook cap attachments at around 20 to 25 MB, and many work servers are stricter. Most large PDFs are large because of scans and photos, which compress well.
Step by step
- 1Open Compress PDF and drop in the file.
- 2Choose Balanced and press Compress PDF.
- 3If it's still too big, run it again with Strong.
- 4Still over the limit? Split it into parts with Split PDF and send them in separate emails.
