How to underline text in a PDF

An underline is a thin line drawn under the text. MythosPDF sizes and places it from the font's own metrics, so it sits where a word processor would put it and moves with the text if the line rewraps.

Step by step

1. 1Open the PDF in MythosPDF by dropping it on the home page. No account is needed.
2. 2Click the line and select the words to underline.
3. 3Press the Underline button or ⌘U / Ctrl U.
4. 4Press Enter to save.
5. 5Press Export PDF in the top bar to download the edited file.

Tips

• ✓On screen, underlined text looks like a link. Use bold for emphasis in documents people read digitally.
