How to do it

New letters in Arial
- • Arial is usually recognised automatically: MythosPDF keeps Liberation Sans, the open font with identical letter widths, on its servers and matches the printed shapes against it.
- • Letters you type that the printout never used are set in Liberation Sans, so they match Arial in width.
- • Letters that are already on the page are reused exactly as printed.
What that means when you edit a footnote
- • Letters you type that already appear in the printout, in the same font, are copied from its own letter shapes, so they print identically.
- • A letter the printout never used comes from the identified typeface. For fonts that are not openly available, MythosPDF asks before using the closest open font.
- • After export, the recovered text can be selected, copied and searched, which the printout could not do.
