Add a line of text in a flyer PDF
Flyers get reused: same design, new date, new venue. Update those details directly in the PDF and print or share it again. Add a line inside an existing paragraph, address or cell, in the same style as the text around it.

What people change in a flyer
- • Event date and time
- • Venue and address
- • Ticket or sale price
- • Contact number and web link
- • QR code image
What happens to the rest of the page
- • New lines belong to existing text blocks and follow their style and spacing.
- • Text boxes on empty parts of the page are not supported.
Swap the QR code
QR codes are images. Remove the old one and add the new code as a PNG, then resize it to the same spot.
Links for the digital version
Turn the web address into a clickable link so people viewing the flyer on a phone can tap it.
Questions people ask
+Can I type anywhere on the page?
Not in empty space. New text is added to an existing text block so it matches the document.
+Can I change the background image?
If it's a separate image, yes. Remove it and add a new one.
