Add a table row in a catalog PDF
Catalogs are big and change often. Update prices and descriptions in place, swap product photos, and compress the result for email. Insert a row above or below any row of a table, with borders that match.

What people change in a catalog
- • Prices
- • Product names and codes
- • Product photos
- • Availability notes
- • Order contact details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Borders, shading and dividers of the new row copy the table's own.
- • Rows below move down to make space; a full page continues on the next.
Big files
Catalogs full of photos are large. Balanced compression reduces them without touching the text.
Share one section
Extract or split the pages for one product line.
Questions people ask
+Are totals updated?

+Can I update many prices?
