Change an email address in a project report PDF
Reports are exported, reviewed, and corrected. Fix a figure, update a status or reword a finding in the PDF without regenerating it. Replace an email address and, if it is a link, where the link goes.

What people change in a project report
- • Figures in tables
- • Status and dates
- • Wording of findings
- • Names in the distribution list
- • Page numbers and cover details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Linked text is shown in blue and underlined so readers can tell it is a link.
- • Long addresses push the rest of the contact row along instead of wrapping mid address.
Tables and numbers
Change values cell by cell; right aligned numbers stay aligned. Totals are not recalculated, so update them too.
Charts are drawings
Charts are vector drawings or images, not live data. To change a chart, replace its image.
Questions people ask
+Will the old mailto link still work?
