Change a version number in a price list PDF
Price lists are designed once and updated often. Change prices and product lines directly in the PDF so the design stays exactly as it was. Bump the version, revision or draft number of a document.
How to do it
- 1.Drop your PDF into MythosPDF and click the text you want to change.
- 2.Type the new version.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
What people change in a price list
- • Prices and currency amounts
- • Product or service names
- • Descriptions and pack sizes
- • Effective date
- • Contact details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Update it in the header, footer and cover if it appears in several places.
- • Compare with the previous version to list the changes.
Columns stay straight
Right aligned prices grow leftwards from their column edge, so longer numbers don't break the column.
Review every change
Compare the new list with the old one to confirm every price you intended to change, and nothing else.
