Reflow
Rewrapping text and moving the content below it when an edit makes a paragraph longer or shorter.
PDF pages have no live layout. When text grows, nothing moves on its own, so the editor has to recompute line breaks and reposition what follows.
Good reflow moves only what must move and keeps headers, footers and unrelated columns in place.
