Continuation page
A new page inserted after the current one to hold content pushed off the bottom by an edit.
When an edit makes a page overflow, the extra lines need somewhere to go. Inserting a continuation page keeps the following pages unchanged.
Footers stay on the original page and repeat on the continuation page where appropriate.
