Apple Pages resume: add a LinkedIn link to your resume
Make your LinkedIn URL clickable, or point it at your new profile address. This works on the PDF Apple Pages exported. Letters already in the resume are reused exactly; for a new letter in an Apple font, you choose whether to use a close open font.

- • Export uses the macOS PDF engine with subset fonts.
- • Some subsets use custom character codes described only by their text map.
- • Fonts are often Apple system fonts.
What happens to the rest of your resume
- • New links are shown in blue and underlined, as readers expect.
- • Web, email and phone links are supported.
Questions people ask
+Do links work in applicant tracking systems?
The link text stays real text, so it can be read; whether a system follows the link depends on the system.
+Is it better to edit in Apple Pages?
If you still have the Apple Pages version and a lot to change, yes. For a quick fix to the PDF you already sent, editing the PDF is faster.
