Add a table row in a project report PDF
Reports are exported, reviewed, and corrected. Fix a figure, update a status or reword a finding in the PDF without regenerating it. Insert a row above or below any row of a table, with borders that match.

What people change in a project report
- • Figures in tables
- • Status and dates
- • Wording of findings
- • Names in the distribution list
- • Page numbers and cover details
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Borders, shading and dividers of the new row copy the table's own.
- • Rows below move down to make space; a full page continues on the next.
Tables and numbers
Change values cell by cell; right aligned numbers stay aligned. Totals are not recalculated, so update them too.
Charts are drawings
Charts are vector drawings or images, not live data. To change a chart, replace its image.
Questions people ask
+Are totals updated?
