How to do it
- 1.Open the PDF exported from QuickBooks in MythosPDF.
- 2.Select the date and type the new one in the same format.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
How QuickBooks writes PDFs
- • Invoices and estimates are generated from templates.
- • Amounts are right aligned in columns.
What that means when you change the date
- • Line items and amounts edit in place with column alignment kept. Totals are not recalculated.
- • Amounts in QuickBooks PDFs are right aligned, so a longer value grows to the left and the column stays straight.
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Dates in table cells stay aligned with the rest of their column.
- • Digits already used in the document are reused exactly; any new ones come from the same font.
