Change the date in a newsletter PDF
Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Update a date on a letter, agreement draft, flyer or report without retyping the document.

What people change in a newsletter
- • Issue date and number
- • Article text corrections
- • Photo swaps
- • Event listings
- • Links to sign up pages
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Dates in table cells stay aligned with the rest of their column.
- • Digits already used in the document are reused exactly; any new ones come from the same font.
Multi column text
Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.
Check before you send
Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.
Questions people ask
+Can I change the date format?
Yes. Type it however you like, for example 5 March 2026 instead of 05/03/2026.
+Can I add an article?
Short additions fit with Shift+Enter; a full new article is better added in the design file.
