Change a version number in a DocuSign PDF
Bump the version, revision or draft number of a document. This works on the PDF DocuSign exported, so you do not need the original file.
How to do it
- 1.Open the PDF exported from DocuSign in MythosPDF.
- 2.Type the new version.
- 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.
How DocuSign writes PDFs
- • Completed envelopes carry signatures and a certificate.
- • Editing a completed envelope breaks its validity.
What that means when you change a version number
- • Edit agreements before they are sent for signature. A completed, signed envelope should not be edited.
