Fix a typo in an agenda PDF

Agendas change up to the last minute: a speaker swaps, a session moves. Change the times and names directly in the PDF and reshare it. A single wrong letter is the most common reason to edit a PDF. Fixing it should change that letter and nothing else.

How to do it

  1. 1.Drop your PDF into MythosPDF and click the text you want to change.
  2. 2.Put the cursor on the wrong letter, delete it and type the right one.
  3. 3.Press Enter to save the line, then Export PDF.

What people change in an agenda

  • • Session times
  • • Speaker names and titles
  • • Room or link details
  • • Breaks and order of items

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • Only the words you touch are rewritten. The rest of the line keeps its exact position and spacing.
  • • If the correct letter was never used anywhere in the file, MythosPDF loads the complete font so the letter matches.

Timetables are tables

Agenda grids behave like tables, so a change stays in its cell and new rows can be inserted.

Tell people what moved

Use Compare on the old and new agenda to send a precise list of changes.

Questions people ask

+Will fixing one letter move the rest of the paragraph?

Only if the word gets wider or narrower. Then the words after it on that line shift by exactly the difference, and nothing else moves.

+Can I swap two sessions?

Edit the text of both rows to swap their content.
