Google Docs resume: add a line to your resume
Add a line inside a block, such as a second phone number or another course. This works on the PDF Google Docs exported. Google Docs fonts are open, so any letter you type matches exactly, and invisible line end characters never leave stray spaces.

- • Lines often end with an invisible zero width space.

What happens to the rest of your resume
- • New lines belong to existing text and follow its style.
- • Text boxes on empty parts of the page are not supported.
Questions people ask
+Can I type anywhere on the page?
No. New text joins an existing line, bullet or block so it matches the design.
+Is it better to edit in Google Docs?
If you still have the Google Docs version and a lot to change, yes. For a quick fix to the PDF you already sent, editing the PDF is faster.
