Apple Pages resume: combine your resume and cover letter
Send one PDF with your cover letter first and resume after. This works on the PDF Apple Pages exported. Letters already in the resume are reused exactly; for a new letter in an Apple font, you choose whether to use a close open font.

How Apple Pages writes resume PDFs
- • Export uses the macOS PDF engine with subset fonts.
- • Some subsets use custom character codes described only by their text map.
