Add a line of text in a newsletter PDF
Newsletters are built in columns, and a late correction shouldn't break them. Fix the typo, update the date or swap the photo and the columns stay as designed. Add a line inside an existing paragraph, address or cell, in the same style as the text around it.

What people change in a newsletter
- • Issue date and number
- • Article text corrections
- • Photo swaps
- • Event listings
- • Links to sign up pages
What happens to the rest of the page
- • New lines belong to existing text blocks and follow their style and spacing.
- • Text boxes on empty parts of the page are not supported.
Multi column text
Each column is edited on its own; a longer correction rewraps within its column.
Check before you send
Compare the corrected newsletter with the previous export to be sure only the intended text changed.
Questions people ask
+Can I type anywhere on the page?
Not in empty space. New text is added to an existing text block so it matches the document.
+Can I add an article?
Short additions fit with Shift+Enter; a full new article is better added in the design file.
