Add a table column in an agenda PDF

Agendas change up to the last minute: a speaker swaps, a session moves. Change the times and names directly in the PDF and reshare it. Insert a column to the left or right of any column of a table.

What people change in an agenda

  • • Session times
  • • Speaker names and titles
  • • Room or link details
  • • Breaks and order of items

What happens to the rest of the page

  • • The new column's borders follow the table's own.
  • • Columns share the table's width, so check that long values still fit.

Timetables are tables

Agenda grids behave like tables, so a change stays in its cell and new rows can be inserted.

Tell people what moved
