Add a table row in a quotation PDF
Quotes change during a conversation. Update your own quotation PDF in place so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of retyping it. Insert a row above or below any row of a table, with borders that match.

What people change in a quotation
- • Quote number and date
- • Line item descriptions
- • Quantities and unit prices
- • Subtotal, tax and total
- • Validity period and terms
What happens to the rest of the page
- • Borders, shading and dividers of the new row copy the table's own.
- • Rows below move down to make space; a full page continues on the next.
Add and remove line items
Insert a row above or below any item, or delete an item's row. Borders and spacing follow the rest of the table.
Numbers are not recalculated
A PDF is a printed page, not a spreadsheet. Update the totals yourself after changing quantities or prices.
Questions people ask
+Are totals updated?
No. A PDF does not calculate. Update totals yourself.
+Can I turn a quotation into an invoice?
You can change the title and number, but check local rules for what an invoice must contain.
