Change a name in a quotation PDF
Quotes change during a conversation. Update your own quotation PDF in place so it keeps your branding and layout, instead of retyping it. Update a person's or organisation's name wherever it appears, in the same typeface as before.

What people change in a quotation
- • Quote number and date
- • Line item descriptions
- • Quantities and unit prices
- • Subtotal, tax and total
- • Validity period and terms
What happens to the rest of the page
- • A longer name pushes the words after it along the line; right aligned names grow to the left.
- • Names often contain letters the PDF has not used yet, like Z, Q or accented letters. The complete font is loaded for them.
Add and remove line items
Insert a row above or below any item, or delete an item's row. Borders and spacing follow the rest of the table.
Numbers are not recalculated
A PDF is a printed page, not a spreadsheet. Update the totals yourself after changing quantities or prices.
